Thank you for the continued support of our museum and for choosing us as a destination for your organization. We appreciate the opportunity to welcome organizations, like yours, from around our region and are grateful for your partnership. 

Since opening, our museum has remained committed to providing free admission to the public, charging only for field trips and special events. As visitation continues to grow, we have reviewed our policies to ensure we can continue providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests. 

Effective August 1, 2026, organizations bringing participants to the museum as part of an organized outing or excursion will be billed based on the number of participants attending. Following the visit, an invoice will be sent to the organization at the museum's current organizational admission rate per participant.

This policy applies to organizations bringing participants to the museum as part of their services, programs, or activities. Individual visitors and families visiting independently will continue to enjoy free admission.

Implementing this policy will help us continue to provide adequate staffing and resources, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and ensure a positive experience for everyone who visits the museum.
